02What data we collect
The data you voluntarily provide through the contact forms: name, email and, if you represent a business, also company, phone, sector and location, plus the message you write. If you accept analytics cookies, also browsing data (pages visited, device, browser and approximate location) collected by Google Analytics. We do not collect special category data and we do not build advertising profiles.
03How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a demo or commercial proposal if you request one, and keep a record of the communication. Browsing data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications and we do not share your data for advertising purposes.
04Legal basis
The consent you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, and the legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries. For web analytics, the consent you give in the cookie notice. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
05Who accesses your data
Data is stored in Supabase (infrastructure hosted in the European Union) and the site is served from Netlify. If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited, as the provider of Google Analytics, processes browsing data. All three act as data processors under contract. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No other transfers are made except where legally required.
06How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, for a maximum of three years in case you resume the conversation, unless you request deletion earlier.
07Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data by emailing us. If you reside in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
08Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice. It does not use advertising cookies. The details of each cookie, its duration and how to change your choice are in the cookie policy.
